(1) The HR Manager at the 'Founder's Office' who joined the co. in middle of 2024 exhibited selective bias against me. (2) The CEO regularly raises his voice in office calls leading to high stress for the employees. The atmosphere is needless to say, quite toxic. (3) The inputs given by my Reporting Manager were never taken into account, and the CEO regularly dictated work and deadlines based on his whims and fancies. (4) There is absolutely no job security at this firm. Any day could end up being your last working day. (5) Paperwork related to my EPFO account was stuck at the Regional PF Office for several months due to the indifference of the HR and the motive was to create roadblocks in my career moving forward....Read More

Work culture is not good because of few people like the one who heads the sales for US market, he thinks he is the boss and a gangster, always giving threats to his juniors and thinks he is the master.
