My company usually announcec appraisals via official emails, Sometimes also update the HR portal with new salary details.

Appraisal news comes in two ways either an official email or an unexpected calendar invite that makes your heart race!

Appraisal? You mean that time of the year when HR says “We value you” and then offers a 3% hike?

They take us for a party before the appraisals and while we are drunk they announce it that THIS TIME WE ARE IN LOSS AND NO APPRAISALS THIS YEAR But we are family 😂 ENJOY !!
