an associate tech consultant
What to do?
My current ctc is 11.12 yoe 5.3, I have a offer of 28.5 and joining bonus of 1.5 lakhs. But another organisation with which I had already had an offer is asking me to wait for few days to join and they will try to make a competitive counter offer. What should i do, my joining date was this Monday.

[swagpumpkin](username) they just called me and offered 28 fixed and rest variable composing 32.5 LPA no joining bonus. I am damn confused now.

[misskick](username) I had completed almost all pre joining formalities with the other company, only thing remaining was BGV doc submission. So they said I can join on Friday.

I have 2 offers in same location : Need guidance to choose one
1) Tech Mahindra (U4)
Fixed 23.9 Variable 2.6=26.5
No joining bonus
Project details informed already
2)IBM(7B)
Fixed 21.37 Variable 2=23.37
Joining bonus is 1 lakh
Tech M pays almost variable pay every month whereas IBM at year end. ( we get 80% variable pay in Tech M ,less than 50% in IBM)

Got Offer from TCS!
Hello, I got 32L CTC offer from TCS as an IAM associate consultant. Is it a good package considering I have 10.9 years of experience and in IAM 3.6 years? Rest of the experience is in dot net. Also, TCS is considering 10.2 experience only as some process on their side. Please share your thoughts on the offered package and the experience part. Thank you in advance.

URGENT-is a 3k (15%) salary hike after 9months fair?
I’m currently earning 20k in a startup in a 3-tier city, working in a collaborative role.
I’ve been offered a job as an Assistant manager Digital Marketer at a product-based company (handicrafts decor/gift business),
which matches my own small gift business. The salary offer is 23k. Given my experience and the match with my business, should I ask for more? They said 23k is what they can offer
Would appreciate any advice.
