Toxic Work Environment

It's been more than a year since I started working in this company and i have never had peace since. People keep leaving after every 2-3 months and my boss is EXTREMELY toxic. My manager micromanages everything and always shouts and humiliates me in front of others. I have started to look for other jobs but the trauma is so bad that i just would like to quit this job and take a break/vacation to recover from this mental stress. What to do? Have any of you faced such a situation?

As someone in the corporate world for a while, I can tell you toxic workplaces can be incredibly draining. In my personal opinion, I would suggest, that if you feel burnt out and need a mental break, prioritize that. Look into your company's leave policy and consider taking a vacation to recharge.

Hey, Your mental health matters most. If you feel like you need a break to recover, go for it! Taking a vacation or some time off to recharge can be incredibly beneficial.

I completely understand. That sounds like a truly awful work environment, and it's no wonder you're feeling stressed and traumatized & listen taking a break for your mental health is the right call. Don't feel guilty – your well-being is paramount. A break or vacation could be just what you need to recharge and gain perspective.😇

Do you have an emergency fund that can support you if you choose to leave the company?
