Need suggestion or guidance
I am Qa Automation lead. Current ctc is 27.2 in that 2.5 is variable. I am aiming for 40.
Please suggest me for career Upgrade.
Skills Selenium with java, Rest Assure api Automation.
Yoe - 11.9.
My age is 38 , have a plan to Work till atleast 50
