Looking for a advice to choose a company
Hi All,
I recently got a offer of 40LPA for an 11 years experience and my current CTC is 28LPA. But the catch is my current organization is very big MNC whereas my current offer is with Tier II or Tier III company in the same field.
I think I might have a good work life balance and good people to work with in the new organization but not sure about that we can't decide just by talking to them during interview process.
Whereas my current organization has good team members and work life balance is not so great in current organization.
Help me to choose whether to take up this new role or to stay in my current organization. I already put my papers but I'm still confused.

Go with 40Lpa. Never assume anything before knowing that actually. Who knows you might like the new company. Once you have the salary slip of 40lpa then you can take a position in big MNC for some 50-60lpa and remain there in your comfort zone. But now take the leap. Go with the 40lpa offer.

Yar,If work-life balance is a priority, this could be a step in the right direction. Have you asked about their work culture during the interview?

Do a quick self-check: Are you excited about the new role and responsibilities, or is it just about the salary hike? Clarity on this might make the decision easier.

First analyze whether offered company is mid size MNC or large MNC.
Work life balance is not available in a company which doesn't follow SOP.
I Think u can go with 40LPA company for your career growth
There may be difficulties in initial stage but all will be solvable

Hi, going out of comfort zone is always difficult, but you will have new exposure. New team, new connections and new environment make you feel refresh. As salary and work-life balance is good you should go for it. There will be always next opportunities in future where you can change again.
