Dowry Calculator?
Product managers, please take notes from Shaadi.com
When users click on this dowry calculator, they'll be asked about their details like age, salary, and the like. But, when they click "Calculate" the results don't show the dowry they are eligible for.
Instead, it shows glaring statistics on dowry deaths!
I think it's a very creative way to spread awareness. Great work! 👏

Hi, that's a great move people expect a dowry calculator to give a number. This unexpected twist grabs attention and forces users to confront the reality of dowry deaths.

I tried to talk with the HR of my current company. HR is ready to give the "buy out" option and I am also ok with it. But for the "buy out" to happen, HR needs something officially written from my manager that I do...

Toxic Work Environment
Hi Everyone.I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. It's just 20 days. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this without losing my p...
