a junior production officer

Currently working as junior officer production but work like a line operator. Got a new offer as senior technician with 22% hike. My current company is located 200 km from my home and offering company located 2000+ km from home. What should I do. Work experience in current company 6 years plus. Salary hike every year 6 to 9%.
