0 common sense, every one feels they are VIP in this company. No job security, all projects will be for 3-4weeks only . No projects. If your on bench then you will be terminated. They will hire for 2-3 projects and terminate. Trust me you will have worst professional experience till day. This is not for faint hearts. Brainless management who pitches in after the issue. They beg before clients ,no professionalism No work life balance Senseless one side cab policy. One cannot grow under this company There is Director Srichand very dangerous man and military rules for hybrid model of check in and check out Management do not work on actuals. They work on micro management. There is Client Director called Wei who does not have proper clarity on requirement and barks on professionals.
