1. Work culture - everyone is a delivery manager. No one knows what work is to be done, how it is to be done. Employees are questioned whole taking their own leaves. Managers can be on leave for months, but we need to give explanations for 2 days leaves as well 2. Leadership - no respect for employees. Employees are considered labourers. 3.
