Nothing is good to talk about. Worst HR policies. HR is asking employees to leave voluntarily because they didn’t want to showcase its laidoff.

Worst leadership team. App is not working great. Very disappointing. People joined organisations because its Tata, but unfortunately Tata Digital is not applying in tata values. Tata gives jobs to who got laidoff but if you joined tdl you will get laidoff. Dont join ths organisation. Not employe centric company.

In one word ‘nothing’. This is World’s most confused company. They don’t know whether it’s a product company or service company. Based on the whimsy of management definition of the company gets changed. At the back it’s TCS only with all sick culture of TCS. All the CXOs have TCS lineage and they can’t get out of that mentality to build a new age company with new gen tech stack. Main vendor is TCS and you have to accept all craps from TCS, since all TCS managers are ex colleagues of CXOs. If you say anything against poor deliverables of TCS, you will suffer. TCS doesn’t have any clue about any of the new age tech stack but you have to trust them. Because the are so-called TATA. Dislikes

Actually, everything you will end up disliking about Tata Digital, it’s full of yes-men. Off course you can’t except anything else from century old group where Victorian culture is still Bible. To build this company and to build a new-gen super app they need to remove entire CXOs starting from CEO, CTOs get some good ppl from Industry who can actually deliver instead of being yes-men.

There is no work-life balance. It’s 24x7 job. If you can’t seniors will abuse you.
