Nothing is good to talk about. Worst HR policies. HR is asking employees to leave voluntarily because they didn’t want to showcase its laidoff.

Dislikes

Worst leadership team. App is not working great. Very disappointing. People joined organisations because its Tata, but unfortunately Tata Digital is not applying in tata values. Tata gives jobs to who got laidoff but if you joined tdl you will get laidoff. Dont join ths organisation. Not employe centric company.

In one word ‘nothing’. This is World’s most confused company. They don’t know whether it’s a product company or service company. Based on the whimsy of management definition of the company gets changed. At the back it’s TCS only with all sick culture of TCS. All the CXOs have TCS lineage and they can’t get out of that mentality to build a new age company with new gen tech stack. Main vendor is TCS and you have to accept all craps from TCS, since all TCS managers are ex colleagues of CXOs. If you say anything against poor deliverables of TCS, you will suffer. TCS doesn’t have any clue about any of the new age tech stack but you have to trust them. Because the are so-called TATA. Actually, everything you will end up disliking about Tata Digital, it’s full of yes-men. Off course you can’t except anything else from century old group where Victorian culture is still Bible. To build this company and to build a new-gen super app they need to remove entire CXOs starting from CEO, CTOs get some good ppl from Industry who can actually deliver instead of being yes-men.

There is no work-life balance. It’s 24x7 job. If you can’t seniors will abuse you.

Actually it is nightmare. Most architects are from TCS who were from Account management background and level of knowledge Wikipedia.Few poor architects are overworked and looking forward for a job change.

Every thing except job security as they hardly find people who stay except army of abusers.Number of incompetent CEOs are increasing or in the process of increasing.I heard they are starting Fintech by copypasting all functionalities from various app.Then beauty by copypasting Nyka features.I do think they need visionary leadership for new age companies not old school grandpa with lots of ego.Security vulnerable App they are making to be in the race. By the way,in fort office you can hear all sort of scary stories -Covid patients were asked to work despite being sick.People were not given leaves when their children are sick / aged parents were sick/ Death in the family/ hospitalized family members under critical situation.Ladies absconded due to abusive behaviour of managers within couple of days joining.No respect for personal life.They are in dire need of money and raising it at the cost of people at the ground level. Please do not join to ruin your life.No break in the slave factory.They are spreading rumour for ESOPs due to resource crunch.Check with TCS or TISCO or Telco people on their stocks options stories. One after another night mare in the name of the product which is actually accelator made by handful freshers and few architects at the cost of their health and happiness. Tata group with all money to do charity can provide job security only but no learning, no job satisfaction. A new age tech shop run by TCS ppl who have only managed clients, how they can build Amazon's competition???

Dislikes

have ision, a company run by some old ppl with retired mindset. CXO is confused whether this is a product company or service organization. HR during interviews claims product but CXO doesn't have any idea about product shop. Just because you are Tata you don't know everything. How can these ppl think about competing with Amazon??? It's like Netherlands is competing with India in Cricket WC. Their main vendor is obviously TCS but dude TCS ppl are more for on-site opportunities which is obvious, only unfortunate or unmotivated ppl join with clients like TDL. TDL don't pay well for vendors that's why the get incompetent ppl from other vendors too. Fresher with access to Udemy do all development. Currently, they have opened desktop applications access to Tata employees but still with very less footfall. Dude, your own employees don't trust you. Next step start giving exorbitant offer to increase purchase. Hahaha. Also, trust me all the good feedback here are cooked by HR to reduce attrition and getting ppl on board (currently there is huge last minute dropouts).
