Please read this and avoid joining this company at all costs- 1. Product department is led by ex-TCS person with zero Product acumen. New CEO has made Product team as extended Tech team 2. Financial Services is the only potential star for this company and you need to be in the close circle of ex-Indusind bankers to do anything 3. Tech team is pathetic and you will be blamed for their mistakes 4. Business is of small size and there is no money to deliver any new feature including hygiene changes 5. Culture of the company is worst - No transparency, lot of micro management, leaders are clueless of future, central decision making 6. Compensation is below average with no ESOPs (only senior leaders get it) 7. Do not expect to learn anything, there is no peer learning, best practice learning or structure learning 8.
