After spending 8 months with Simcorp I have seen below : 1 - Managers are helpful. They have created an environment where I can put my thoughts without fear. 2 - They do 1:1 on regular basis to find , If I am facing any problem. 3 - Opportunity to learn and grow. 4 - Environment where I can ask any question without fear of being judge. SimCorp has a very good culture. The best culture that I have seen in all the organizations I have worked with before. SimCorp cares for their employees and the executive management is providing updates regularly on where the company is heading towards. A great company to work for.

Dislikes

Nothing much to dislike but as SimCorp is transitioning to a SaaS and service-based organization, a lot of policies needs to be revisited to cater to the way the service organization works and the policies to be changed accordingly.
