The company is so pathetic in terms of behavior towards employees. Environment is so poisonous as they mistreat to the employees and push them to do overtime specially in night shift which is not normal for anyone. Even they do not approved the medical leaves and holidays also. They do not listen their employees and prepare the overtime chart without taking their consent.
