What ever people are giving 3-5 rating is extremely lie, very bad company if you go in any of the department whether IT, Operations, Finance, HR, Administration,Claim, Marketing, higher management and department heads are very bad and full of Ego. HR is puppet of Higher management and very lier and full of attitude, in every department there is policts. If you want to grow in your career don't join this company and if you join, you will face above mentioned situation and if you want to leave the company you need to serve 90 days notice period. HR will not leave before 90 days neither they allow buy out resulting you will stuck in company. Some higher management people are also resigned and left from there due to worst company policy and management attitude. If you are fresher or experienced ..
