They are very friendly during interview round, they never mention you have to sign a bond after completing the internship. The work ethics are tedious, you need to go via alot of process for even a simple procedure. A complete boss type attitude of owners who think they own you rather than they hired you, something which we completely don't agree being an employee. Your trapped if you agree to sign a bond, do it at your own risk. Seen my fellow employees getting kicked for no reason coz they find it hard to pay. I was working with Digital Republik as a Graphic Designer Intern. Working with the team gives you great knowledge about marketing and its correlation with Designing. Job security is good, just sometimes I had to stay a bit longer to work due to some last moment client's change in design.
