They are very friendly during interview round, they never mention you have to sign a bond after completing the internship. The work ethics are tedious, you need to go via alot of process for even a simple procedure. A complete boss type attitude of owners who think they own you rather than they hired you, something which we completely don't agree being an employee. Job security is good, just sometimes I had to stay a bit longer to work due to some last moment client's change in design.

A good place to start your work as a fresher as you can learn a lot from your seniors. Got an opportunity to explore my creative aspects while designing as well. Everyone here is less like colleagues and more like ‘Working Buddies’
