They are very friendly during interview round, they never mention you have to sign a bond after completing the internship. The work ethics are tedious, you need to go via alot of process for even a simple procedure. A complete boss type attitude of owners who think they own you rather than they hired you, something which we completely don't agree being an employee. Your trapped if you agree to sign a bond, do it at your own risk. Seen my fellow employees getting kicked for no reason coz they find it hard to pay. I was working with Digital Republik as a Graphic Designer Intern. Working with the team gives you great knowledge about marketing and its correlation with Designing. The work culture here helps you enhance your skills and good teamwork always helps in boosting your energy & creativity. Weekend parties and celebrations are just ad ons to your experience.

Job security is good, just sometimes I had to stay a bit longer to work due to some last moment client's change in design.

Good work culture and learning experience, really enjoyed my 2 years . Working at Digital Rebulik really helped me grow professionally, as there is no hierarchy which made work environment very friendly. Really happy I could be part of the #DRRebels team.

Starting from being an Intern to a senior account manager, I have experienced many situations of dealing with the client & the team that has helped me a lot. Where most of the agencies don't hire freshers, DR gives opportunity to these freshers & guides them in the right direction.

Learning, Learning, Learning. If you are serious about your career and life, then you will love working here. If you are doing time-pass, thinking about "agency life" like in Bollywood, then you will find DR tough. Honestly, the first three months were very tough for me and I felt there was pressure, but this is like 'testing period'. Once you get through this, you feel like a changed person who is capable and smart. This way everyone who has worked in the company for long period are very smart people and you can learn so much from them. When I nterviewed I met with the Female CEO, who I first thought was very tough. But she became my friend and guide, where I would share even my personal matters. She is tough, but she is a great mentor if you want to learn and grow. The systems, processes everything is superb. The work environment is fantastic, music playing, open culture.
