Salary is not getting credited on time. In time is fixed but out time is not fixed. Their policy changes frequently without any priori intimation. Pending leaves won't be carried forward in next fiscal year. After every appraisal cycle have to sign bond of 1 year and if you resign within this tenure your salary won't be released andpayslip will be revert. Once you joined this company and their client u won't be able to get rid of this company,just because they will renew your bond after increment for 9 the months and if you resign within 9 months then they will reverse your payslip salary amount same as before increment and they will create problem in verification of your next organisation.
