lack of flexibility to accomodate employee needs. for example i have three kids and parents. The Health insurance provided by vendor is for husband wife and two kids. i wanted to take coverage for 3rd child and parents on my expenditure alongwith my regular policy. but i was told to take it from open market. it could have been accomodated. after all primus gives business to that company for at least 10000 policies. other corporates gives this assistance to employees....Read More
