I have observed that the company's growth opportunities seem to be limited to the management level, while the rest of the employees are not experiencing similar advancement. Promotions appear to be influenced by personal relationships with management rather than individual performance. Additionally, salary hikes are scarce, and the incentive structure seems to favor management, leaving employees without significant benefits.
