Initially it was very good company. And it has 8 hrs shift.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Transition of new tool and process improvements and base less and the work allocation tool is also worth less. People from opex team never understand that requirement of operation team they had built base less and unwanted tool in company. If we asked they change pay scale as per our every level people willis is not a pay master.
