Comptel gets the phone company talking. The company's mediation and provisioning software is used to exchange information between a telecommunications network and the operator's billing and customer service divisions. Comptel's InstantLink provisioning software activates new subscribers and services, while its EventLink mediation software collects subscriber usage data and sends it to the billing department.
