Marketing Head - FMCG Industry - Gurgaon - 10+ years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Marketing Head to lead our marketing efforts within the FMCG/Food industry. With 10 to 15 years of experience, the ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of strategic marketing, brand development, and team leadership to drive growth and elevate our brand presence in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and sales growth with brands dealing in Sugar, Salt and Snack products.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity and collaboration to achieve business objectives.
• Conduct market research, analyze consumer insights, and monitor industry trends to shape marketing initiatives.
• Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels (TV, radio, print, social media, SEO, email, etc.) for both ATL and BTL.
• Collaborate closely with sales, product, and supply chain teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and consumer needs.
• Oversee brand positioning, product launches, and promotional activities to strengthen brand equity.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
• Analyze campaign performance and key metrics to continuously refine strategies and improve results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10 to 15 years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on the FMCG/Food industry.
• Demonstrated success in brand management, digital marketing, and multi-channel campaign execution.
• Strong leadership, project management, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication abilities.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving market and drive innovation.
