About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Manager to oversee financial operations at our Mother Hub. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, cost control, budgeting, compliance, and reporting, ensuring smooth financial management of our e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the financial health of the mother hub, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability.

- Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and P&L analysis.

- Optimize working capital, cash flow, and cost structures.

- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits, and internal financial policies.

- Handle vendor payments, inventory valuation, and reconciliation.

- Use SAP & Excel for financial analysis, reporting, and automation.

- Work closely with logistics, operations, and procurement teams to ensure financial alignment.

- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives in hub operations.

Requirements:

- 5-10 years of experience in plant finance.

- Strong expertise in SAP & Excel for financial analysis and reporting.

- Experience handling P&L, budgets, compliance, and financial controls.

- Knowledge of warehousing, supply chain finance, and vendor management.

- CA/MBA (Finance) preferred.
