Manager - Finance - CA (5-8 yrs)

Role: Manager, Finance.

Location: Noida, India.

Company: Agro-products.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting:

- Develop timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with Indian accounting standards.

- Drive timely monthly processes such as financial reporting, reconciliations and ensure clean audits.

- Ensure error free processes for invoicing, customer reconciliations, receipts, purchase orders, vendor payments and reconciliations.

- Maintain robust internal controls and ensure adherence to all statutory regulations and corporate governance requirements.

Financial Planning & Analysis:

- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial performance, identify trends, and recommend actionable strategies to improve profitability.

- Collaborate with business units to align financial objectives with operational goals.

- Provide financial insights to support decision-making in areas such as pricing, investments, and resource allocation.

- Monitor operational expenses and recommend strategies to maximize efficiency.

Treasury & Tax Management:

- Ensure optimal cash flow management to support operational needs.

- Support fund-raising, debt management, and risk management activities.

- Ensure tax compliances, audits and litigation management.

Others:

- Partner with the leadership team to provide insights and guidance on financial implications of strategic decisions.

- Act as the primary point of contact for auditors, regulators, investors, and financial institutions.

Qualifications, Experience, Skills:

- CA qualification.

- 5-8 years' experience in progressive finance roles primarily in Financial reporting & planning & analysis.

- Experience in treasury, and tax functions will be a plus.

- Strong leadership and communication abilities.

- Working knowledge of Tally accounting software.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced growth-oriented organization.
