Manager - Finance - CA (2-5 yrs)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Finance Manager to oversee and manage the financial operations of our reputed production house. The ideal candidate should be CA qualified with 3-5 years of experience, preferably in the media/entertainment industry. This role requires expertise in financial planning, budgeting, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and oversee financial strategies, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Accounting & Compliance: Ensure timely financial reporting, tax filings, and compliance with statutory regulations.

- Cost Control & Budgeting: Manage production budgets, control costs, and monitor financial performance.

- Cash Flow & Fund Management: Maintain optimal cash flow and investment strategies.

- Auditing & Taxation: Handle internal and external audits, tax compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).

- MIS & Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, reports, and dashboards for management review.

- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with vendors, production teams, and financial institutions.

- Process Optimization: Improve financial processes, policies, and internal controls.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- CA qualified with 3-5 years of relevant experience.

- Experience in the media/entertainment industry will be added advantage.

- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting.

- Proficiency in Tally, SAP, or other financial software.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
