Zepto - Manager - Accounts Receivable - CA (1-2 yrs)

What will you do

- Strong focus on developing "controls" and checks to prevent and detect anomalies

- Close operational / month-end activities accurately and efficiently

- Implement industry best practices for month closing with accurate accruals ensuring that the monthly financials are complete, accurate and highly reliable for strategic decision making.

- Conduct thorough analysis of financial performance and variances to ensure financial health and operational efficiency.

- Set up systems for maintaining positive customer relationships through effective communication and timely issue resolution.

- Lead in design / configuration and rolling out of new initiates for bringing productivity and efficiency in the process.

- Handing internal, statutory audit, compliance and stakeholder management

- Work with cross functional teams and lead special initiative programs

What You Will Need

- Chartered Accountant.

- 1-2 years of post qualification experience with audit experience in Big 4 and experience of handling Accounts / Audit in startups.

- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, financial reporting, and financial data analysis.

- Experience with financial management software and ERP systems.

- Demonstrated experience in Business Partnering & external stakeholder management.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Strong bias for speed for execution.

- Ability to multitask, think critically and execute tactically.

- Have a proven track record of finding innovative solutions to problems.
