Role & Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment of suitable personnel in multiple functional departments.

2. To conduct Performance appraisal.

3. Training & up skilling of various team members as required from time to time.

4. To work towards developing organizational culture & development.

5. Coordinate the administrative functions of the organization.

6. Consult with respective Managers of Company on strategic planning.

7. Employee Evaluation.

8. Take care of Legal & Statutory Matters of the Company.

9. Review of HR Policy time to time

Qualification: Post Graduate / MBA from reputed Institute
