Roles and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate onboarding processes to integrate new hires effectively, including orientation and training.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related issues, concerns, or queries.
- Address employee grievances, mediate conflicts, and resolve workplace issues to foster a positive environment.
- Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems and employee development plans.
- Identify training needs and organize development programs for employees.
- Design, implement, and ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures across the organization.
- Organize employee engagement activities, including team-building events, recognition programs, and well-being initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in HR operations and processes.
- Proficiency in HR software tools and database management.
- Strong data analytics skills using tools like Excel or Power BI to analyze HR metrics.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
