Plant Head - HR & Admin (7-8 yrs)

Tasks:

- Strategic HR Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business objectives, providing guidance to senior management and driving organizational development.

- Drive HR innovation, stay updated on HR trends, and implement new technologies to enhance operations.

- Talent Acquisition & Management: Oversee the recruitment process, manage onboarding and development programs, and implement performance management systems.

- Compensation & Benefits: Design and manage compensation and benefits programs, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and oversee payroll administration.

- HR Policies & Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies, ensure compliance with labour laws, and conduct regular audits.

- Administration & Facility Management: Oversee administrative functions and facilities management, ensuring efficient operations and managing budgets.

- Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records, generate HR reports, and monitor key HR metrics.

- Organizational Development & Training: Identify training needs, support leadership development, and promote a culture of continuous learning.

Profile:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience in a senior HR leadership role for more than 7+ years.

- Deep knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations.

- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a track record of driving change.

- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
