Seeking Senior Manager - HR / HR Business Partner to align HR strategies with business objectives and foster a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate will drive talent development, employee engagement, and organizational growth through innovative HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven expertise in talent management and leadership development.
- Strong track record in employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Proficiency in predictive talent analytics and competency assessments.
- Exceptional coaching and mediation skills.
- Experience in manufacturing organizations.
- Well versed with Local Language
- Capable of directly dealing with workforce
- Those with only operational HR experience pls excuse
