Role Description:
Lead of Talent Acquisition is responsible for developing and executing strategic recruitment initiatives, overseeing the full recruitment cycle, and collaborating with organizational leaders to attract, hire, and retain top talent aligned with the company's goals and culture.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop effective recruitment and selection strategies to identify, attract and select qualified professionals.
- Lead and manage the recruitment team, providing guidance and direction to achieve recruitment goals.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to candidate onboarding.
- Implement creative sourcing strategies to attract and engage top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Track, measure and achieve defined metrics specific to Talent Acquisition.
- Work with hiring managers to understand job briefing regarding open requirements. Ability to handle escalations
- Identify improvements to processes for optimal service delivery.
- Responsible for day-to-day management of direct reports, their development and growth in the function
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, including timely communication and feedback.
- Increase recruitment efficiency. Meet SLAs as per TAT. Ensure compliance to SLAs and meet quality targets
- Build sustainable relationship with internal stakeholders as seen through stakeholder feedback
- On time and accurate tracking and publishing of key HR metrics
- People Engagement and Development - Retention, development and succession planning for own team
- Experienced in managing clients, teams and hiring Vendors for bulk /mass hiring
- Strong negotiation and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to think innovatively for strategies to address open positions
- Continuously evaluate and enhance recruitment processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Track and report on recruitment activity, cost savings and other performance metrics.
- Guide and mentor team members through the entire external candidate process sourcing, screening
Preferred Educational Qualifications: MBA from a reputed college
Preferred Work Experience:
- 10-14 years of recruitment experience in the BPO space
- 5+ years of recruitment experience in healthcare
- People Manager - Proficient in people management
- Skilled in managing stakeholders and vendors
