Key Responsibilities :

- Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and user flows effectively.

- Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and gather feedback.

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals.

- Develop visually appealing and consistent UI elements to enhance user experience.

- Establish and maintain design guidelines, best practices, and standards for consistency across products.

- Continuously refine and improve designs based on user feedback, analytics, and stakeholder input.

- Stay updated on the latest UX/UI design trends, tools, and technologies.

- Create and maintain design documentation to ensure a smooth handoff to developers.

Qualifications :

- Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work from concept to final product.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, Figma, Adobe Premiere, or similar, and a solid understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and responsive design.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about design challenges and user needs.

- Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design.

- Ability to create responsive designs for various devices and platforms.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
