Product Manager - Stock Brokerage/Trading & Investing Firm (2-4 yrs)

Eligibility Criteria:

The candidate must have at least 2 Years of experience in stock brokerages/trading and investment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define a customer-centric product strategy that aligns with company goals and responds to evolving industry trends and customer needs.

- Write detailed product specifications and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and marketing.

- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, covering market research, product development, testing, and post-launch analysis.

- Analyze product performance metrics and adjust features as necessary to align with market demands and business goals.

- Drive prioritization and make trade-offs among customer experience, technical constraints, business objectives, and post-launch support needs.

- Ensure timely and successful delivery of products that meet market expectations.

- Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure the product meets its objectives and drives customer satisfaction.

- Present product plans and results to executive leadership and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure smooth product rollouts and ongoing product performance.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of product management experience, ideally within the trading industry or a related field.

- Proven track record of delivering successful products in the trading industry.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to create clear, structured documentation.

- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics, with the ability to leverage insights to improve product performance.

- Strong passion for delivering engaging user-friendly products.
