Product Manger - Travel (2-4 yrs)

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in the travel industry. This role will drive product strategy and execution, from ideation to launch, focusing on enhancing travel experiences, improving booking flows, and increasing customer engagement. You will work closely with UX design, development, and cross-functional teams to create impactful products that meet traveler needs and drive business results. You will own the product roadmap, define specifications, analyze performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue.

Eligibility Criteria:

The candidate must have 1-2 years of experience in the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define a customer-centric product strategy that aligns with company goals and responds to evolving travel industry trends and customer needs.

- Write detailed product specifications and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and marketing.

- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, covering market research, product development, testing, and post-launch analysis.

- Analyze product performance metrics and adjust features as necessary to align with travel market demands and business goals.

- Drive prioritization and make trade-offs among customer experience, technical constraints, business objectives, and post-launch support needs.

- Ensure timely and successful delivery of products that meet market expectations.

- Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure the product meets its objectives and drives customer satisfaction.

- Present product plans and results to executive leadership and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure smooth product rollouts and ongoing product performance.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of product management experience, ideally within the travel industry or a related field.

- Proven track record of delivering successful products in the travel or booking industry.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to create clear, structured documentation.

- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics, with the ability to leverage insights to improve product performance.

- Strong passion for travel and delivering engaging user-friendly products.
