Product Manager (2-8 yrs)

1) Analyze market dynamics, user demographics, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) within the marketplace.

2) Provide sales and market analysis inputs to the Head of Marketing and Country Manager.

3) Assist in designing and executing marketing programs, including product portfolio decisions, positioning, promotion, product registration, and awareness campaigns such as ISPs, CMEs, RTM, product evaluations, and conferences.

4) Localize and implement global materials into launch campaigns to ensure effective product and service knowledge transfer to the sales team.

5) Prepare and present materials at national and regional sales events.

6) Collect customer feedback on product features and prototype suggestions for existing and upcoming products.

7) Conduct market and competitor intelligence analysis and recommend actions to the Head of Marketing.

8) Collaborate with the EM Marketing team to develop training programs for educating the sales team and healthcare professionals, ensuring a strong return on investment (ROI).

9) Build and enhance relationships with key opinion leaders and relevant associations.

10) Support the Head of Marketing in achieving objectives for specific product ranges or campaigns and assess performance to drive continuous improvement.

11) Possess thorough knowledge and experience with Indian regulatory processes.
