Overview: The Product Manager - Lending/NBFC will oversee the development and management of financial products, driving strategy and execution to meet needs and business objectives. This role involves collaboration with cross functional teams to enhance product offerings and ensure market success.

Responsibilities:

1. Platform Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive platform strategy aligned with business goals and user needs.

2. Product Roadmap: Define and prioritize features, enhancements, and optimizations for the platform, creating a roadmap that aligns with business objectives.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to ensure successful delivery of platform features.

4. User Feedback: Collect and analyze user feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform platform development decisions.

5. Platform Optimization: Continuously assess and optimize the platform for performance, scalability, and usability.

6. Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize data analytics to make informed decisions, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and measure the success of platform features.

7. Release Management: Work closely with the development team to plan and execute successful platform releases, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
