DevOps Engineer - CI/CD Pipeline (2-6 yrs)

Job Brief :

As a DevOps Engineer, you will work closely with development and IT teams to ensure the smooth and efficient deployment, scaling, and management of applications and infrastructure. You will be responsible for automating workflows, improving system reliability, and fostering a culture of continuous integration and delivery. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud technologies, automation tools, and modern DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, building, and deployment of applications.

- Maintain and improve cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).

- Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues in production environments.

- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for system reliability and availability.

- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to detect and respond to incidents effectively.

- Perform regular system backups, disaster recovery, and ensure business continuity.

- Ensure security best practices are followed, including secure software deployment, vulnerability scanning, and patch management.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- Proven experience (2+ years) as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.

- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Hands-on experience with configuration management and automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, etc.).

- Expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.) and version control systems (Git).

- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Solid understanding of networking, security, and system administration.

- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices and tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
