Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled QA Lead (Manual) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual testing, performance testing using JMeter, and preferably some experience with Selenium. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and performance of our user-facing applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, ensuring high productivity, performance, and professional growth.

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for manual testing of user-facing applications.

- Utilize JMeter to perform load and performance testing on our applications, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.

- Implement and maintain test scripts using Selenium to automate repetitive testing tasks (optional).

- Ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and user satisfaction.

- Collaborate closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software.

- Identify, document, and track defects, and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continually improve testing processes and tools.

- Provide detailed and actionable reports on testing activities, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders.

Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on manual testing.

- Proven experience in performance testing using JMeter.

- Familiarity with Selenium or similar test automation tools (optional).

- Strong understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
