Core Responsibilities :

Team Leadership :

- Build, mentor, and lead a top-tier QA team focused on delivering flawless gaming experiences.

- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and performance-driven environment.

Strategic QA Development :

- Design and execute a robust QA strategy tailored to Lysto's platform, ensuring alignment with our dynamic gaming ecosystem and driving player engagement and retention.

Test Case Design & Execution :

- Develop, write, and implement comprehensive test cases covering all functionalities, ensuring the platform operates at its highest standards.

Bug Identification & Resolution :

- Proactively identify and document bugs, defects, and any issues impacting gameplay or user experience.

- Collaborate closely with developers to resolve them efficiently.

Continuous Improvement :

- Drive ongoing enhancements to QA processes to improve testing efficiency and scalability, keeping pace with platform growth and the latest technological advancements.

Tool & Methodology Expertise :

- Stay on the cutting edge of QA tools, methodologies, and technologies, ensuring Lysto.

Qualifications :

Experience :

- 3-5 years of experience in a QA leadership role, ideally within the gaming or tech industries.

Technical Skills :

- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Cypress, Jenkins, JMeter, Selenium, or equivalent.

- In-depth understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

QA Expertise :

- Expertise in QA best practices, including test automation, performance testing, and regression testing.

- Experience in leading complex, multi-functional QA projects.

Collaboration & Communication :

- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.

Gaming Passion :

- A passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the gaming community, player behaviour, and current trends in the gaming landscape.
