Role Overview :

- We are seeking an experienced Android Mobile App Developer with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Android applications.

- The ideal candidate is proficient in Android development, with expertise in Kotlin as a must-have skill, experience with Background Services and Receivers, and additional knowledge of Flutter or React Native as a "good to have.

- This role is for someone who can work independently and collaboratively, bringing innovative ideas to enhance user experience and app functionality.

- Basic knowledge of AWS services integration is also preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain Android applications: Create robust, scalable, and high-performance applications for Android devices.

- Implement Background Services and Receivers: Manage background tasks and broadcast receivers to handle system or user-initiated actions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to define, design, and implement new features.

- Code Quality and Testing: Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, with an emphasis on code quality and automation testing.

- Troubleshoot and Debug: Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks to enhance the user experience.

- AWS Integration: Leverage basic AWS services, such as AWS S3, Lambda, or DynamoDB, for application needs.

- Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest industry trends, frameworks, and technologies in Android and mobile app development.

- Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement new tools, processes, and technologies to enhance the team's efficiency.

Required Skills and Experience :

Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in Android development.

Programming Languages: Proficiency in Kotlin (required).

Android SDK: Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes.

Background Services and Receivers: Experience with background services, broadcast receivers, and handling background tasks efficiently.

UI/UX Design Principles : Familiarity with Material Design principles and UI/UX guidelines.

API Integration : Experience with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.

AWS Knowledge (Good to Have) :

- Basic knowledge of integrating AWS services (e.g, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB).

Version Control :

- Proficient in Git or similar version control systems.

Testing Frameworks :

- Knowledge of testing tools like JUnit, Espresso, etc., for ensuring code quality.

Flutter or React Native Knowledge (Good to Have) :
