Responsibilities:

• Lead an enterprise application migration effort
• Work with various technology teams to change account number formatting
• Ensure all applications are accurately reading new account numbers with minimal impact to the end consumer
• Work with various internal and external stakeholders to successfully deliver new account number format
• Work with management to assemble project teams and work groups to produce deliverables required to achieve the objectives of a defined program.
• Organize, direct and coordinate cross-functional activities to focus corporate resources on the successful delivery and implementation of the desired results
• Work with the executive sponsor (VP or higher), and other management as required to achieve the objectives
• Acquire detailed understanding of the business objectives for an assigned area.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress, alignment and financial health” of a cross-functional group of projects and related activities which together, constitutes a defined corporate program.
• Direct corrective action as needed to maintain the viability of the program
• Assess risks that might jeopardize successful achievement of the desired results of a program, develop risk mitigation strategies and tactics, and implement risk mitigation plans.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience (8+ years) in IT project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams across different cultures and time zones.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals.
• Solid understanding of IT service management principles, methodologies, and best practices (e.g., ITIL, Agile, Scrum).
• PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
