Position : Lead Developer - ServiceNow.

Company : Wipro.

Experience : 8+ Years.

Location : Noida, Gurgaon, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore.

Key Skills & Expertise :

- Proficiency in Core Java with practical exposure to OOPS concepts.

- 2+ years of hands-on experience with the NOW platform (CSM, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, ITBM, or ITAM; CSM preferred).

- Strong expertise in SQL databases (Oracle, MySQL), including query writing and stored procedures.

- Knowledge of Web Services, XML, and API integration techniques.

- Proven experience leading teams of 15+ members.

- Good understanding of F&A business processes and all phases of the SDLC.

- Expertise in handling migration techniques.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Lead multiple teams to ensure smooth project execution.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and address business requirements.

- Act as the technical expert for the team.

- Participate in architecture and design discussions.

- Manage end-to-end project delivery and ensure adherence to best practices.

- Oversee migration to the NOW CSM workflow platform.

Additional Details :

- Must currently be in a Lead role.

- Stable employment history with no career gaps preferred.

- Strong communication skills are essential.
