About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow ITAM/SAM modules, ensuring efficient asset management processes and software lifecycle management across the organization.

Experience:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITAM/SAM modules.
• Strong experience in ServiceNow platform development, including scripting and automation (e.g., JavaScript, Glide, Business Rules, etc.).
• Familiarity with software license management, compliance, and best practices for managing IT assets.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of IT Asset Management and Software Asset Management concepts and processes.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and how they apply to ITAM/SAM.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Certifications (Preferred):

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• ITIL Foundation certification.
