Role: ServiceNow CMDB Functional Consultant

Location: Bangalore

• Governance of Configuration Management processes, supporting best practices as recommended by ITIL.
• Responsible for population and accuracy of the CMDB, ensuring assets and configuration management processes are followed,
• Ensuring CI configuration and relationship support the Change and Problem Management processes.
• Supporting CMDB audits and completing baselines, analyzing data from discovery sources, work on improving quality & accuracy of CMDB CI attributes.
• Ensures quality control throughout the lifecycle of all company IT assets by developing and implementing appropriate procedures to track and manage compliance.
• Good knowledge in MS Excel & other MS office applications.
• Strong working knowledge IT service management processes CMDB, Incident, Change, Problem management processes
• ITIL Foundation certification.
