Key Responsibilities :

ServiceNow Development :

- Design, develop, and implement custom applications and modules in ServiceNow.

- Create workflows, business rules, UI actions, and client scripts for ServiceNow applications.

- Utilize ServiceNow's scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide API) to enhance platform functionality.

IT Asset Management (ITAM) :

- Configure and customize ServiceNow ITAM modules like Software Asset Management (SAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), and Cloud Management.
