Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with a strong focus on CMDB data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules and be able to effectively design, develop, and maintain CMDB configurations.

Key Responsibilities :

CMDB Data Management :

- Design, develop, and maintain CMDB configurations to ensure data accuracy and consistency

- Enrich CMDB data through automation and integration with other systems

- Analyze CMDB data to identify gaps and inconsistencies

- Implement data quality checks and validation rules

ITOM Process Automation :

- Automate ITOM processes using ServiceNow workflows, scripts, and integrations

- Develop custom applications to enhance ITOM capabilities

- Optimize ITOM workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort

ITSM Integration :

- Integrate CMDB with other ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, etc.) to enable seamless workflows

- Develop custom integrations to synchronize data between systems

Reporting and Analytics :

- Create custom reports and dashboards to visualize CMDB data

- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

- Provide insights to IT operations teams to support decision-making

Problem Solving and Troubleshooting :

- Troubleshoot CMDB and ITOM issues

- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks

- Provide technical support to end-users

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM, and ITSM modules

- Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Script Includes, etc.)

- Experience with ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and UI policies

- Knowledge of ITIL processes

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills :

- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer)

- Experience with ServiceNow integration with other systems

- Knowledge of data modeling and database design
