Job Responsibilities-:
- Looking for a motivated client manager to lead and coordinate the talent search process to support open mandates.
- Source, develop and manage candidate relationships within chosen competency. Qualify candidate suitability for current or future vacancies/clients, through questioning and referencing following best practices.
- Account management, developing and mining the existing accounts, maintains a regular flow of work for the team.
- Liaison & Co-ordinate between the Client and Candidates till the final placement.
- Get engaged in other Social Media Activities and other marketing campaigns to attract talent to your line of business.
- Stay focused on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for both business development and Sourcing/Recruitment.
- Stay abreast on competition activities, industry practices and opportunities in the recruitment business and building strategic relationships with key clients.
- Building networks to find qualified passive candidates and develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
- Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience.
- Lead, oversee and supervise members of the recruiting team.
- As part of a growing and ambitious organization, all our leaders are expected to constantly upgrade and update themselves about the happenings in the industry and train the teams on them.
- Achieving the assigned target as per the role.
